Curves Membership Terms and Conditions

As PERMITTED by CURVES, CURVES franchisees may print portions of material from certain areas of the Site solely for your own commercial use in connection with the operation of your franchise, provided that you agree not to modify or remove any copyright or proprietary notice of the material and to accept all terms, obligations, representations and conditions of the Website, including this Website User Agreement. All materials printed or downloaded by you from the Site, including but not limited to text, files, operating systems, images and data accompanying the foregoing, are the property of CURVES and are licensed to you by CURVES. Printing or downloading the material does not grant you any right, title or interest in or in or in any intellectual property right. You can cancel your MCOD membership at any time. If we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have acted inappropriately, we reserve the right to terminate your account, prohibit you from using MCOD, and take appropriate legal action. .
